Fees

  • Psychiatric appointments: £150/hour Not available as from Dec 2025
  • Integrative 1:1 coaching: £80/hour
  • Supervision and reflective practice: £60/hour
  • Training: POA
  • Organisational coaching or project work: POA 
  • Consultation fees should be paid by bank transfer/BACS

‘Cooling off’ period 

If you arrange a service online or by phone, you can change your mind within 14 days of entering into the contract and request your money back. However, if you use services during this 14-day period, you will be charged the cost of those i.e. if you choose to access a more rapid service (within those 14 days) you are waiving your right to cancel during the ‘cooling off’ period.

Cancellations 

Frith reserves the right to charge 50% of the service fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, and 75% of the consultation fee for non-attendance at booked appointments without any prior cancellation. If late cancellation was due to circumstances beyond your control, the fee may be waived. Cancelled appointments with 48 or more hours’ notice will not be charged.
